新種Cylindrocarpon pauciseptatumおよび幅広く主に3隔壁の大分生子を形成するCylindrocarpon属菌について

Cylindrocarpon pauciseptatum sp. nov., with notes on Cylindrocarpon species with wide, predominantly 3-septate macroconidia

スロベニアにおいてblack foot病のブドウの根から分離された菌を検討し、Cylindrocarpon pauciseptatumとして新種記載した。

本種は分子系統解析でCyl. destructans複合種に近縁であったが、異なる系統を形成した。

また、本種はニュージーランドにおいてErica melantheraの根からも見出され、C. theobromicolaと同定されていた。
