大菌輪-論文3行まとめ
Torrendiella属菌の形態学的検討および分子系統解析を行い、オーストララシア、南米南部、および中国産の種を新属Hymenotorrendiellaに移した。
新属は9種からなり、子嚢の頂部がHymenoscyphus型であることなどで特徴づけられた。
新属はTorrendiella属と肉眼的・顕微鏡的形態がともに非常に類似していたが、子嚢の頂部、鉤状構造の有無、側糸の”vacuolar body”の形状などが属レベルの差異と見られた。
