形態および系統解析により明らかになった中国海南省産のPestalotiopsis属3新種
Morphological and Phylogenetic Analyses Reveal Three New Species of Pestalotiopsis (Sporocadaceae, Amphisphaeriales) from Hainan, China
中国海南省においてFicus macrocarpa、Phoebe zhennan、およびSpatholobus suberectusの3種の植物から計10菌株のPestalotiopsis属菌を分離した。
それぞれの植物を宿主とするP. ficicola、P. nanningensisおよびP. spatholobiの3新種を記載した。
ITS+tef1α+tub2に基づく分子系統解析を実施し、各種が独立の系統を形成することを示した。

Morpho-phylogenetic evidence reveals five novel species of Pestalotiopsis (Sporocadaceae, Amphisphaeriales) from southern China
中国において陸上植物の病葉から分離された21菌株について形態学的検討および分子系統解析を実施した。
Pestalotiopsis属の5新種 (P. acericola, P. corchorifolii, P. fraseri, P. goeppertiae, P. koelreuteriae) を記載した。
また、既知種のP. machilianaを同定した。
