タイ東部のいくつかの地域におけるPythiumおよび関連属の卵菌の形態的・系統的多様性
Morphological and phylogenetic diversity of Pythium and related genera (Pythiaceae, Pythiales) from some areas in eastern Thailand
タイ東部のチャンタブリー、ラヨーン、およびトラート県において河川、森林、果樹園等の土壌試料から3つの手法で卵菌類を分離した。
52菌株を分離してGlobisporangium carolinianumなど11種を同定し、そのうちPythium longipapillumをタイ新産種として報告した。
各種について培養性状、有性/無性生殖構造などを記述し、分子系統樹を作成した。

イラン、ケルマーンシャー州においてウリ科植物の畑地から分離された卵菌類を検討した。
Pythium属9種、Phytopythium属2種、Phytophthora属3種を同定した。
Phytopythium mercurialeをイラン新産種として報告し、4種をウリ科植物の根腐病・根頭腐敗病の病原菌として初めて報告した。

日本産の2新種、水から分離されたPythium rishirienseおよび土壌から分離されたP. alternatum
Pythium rishiriense sp. nov. from water and P. alternatum sp. nov. from soil, two new species from Japan
北海道利尻島で水試料および土壌から分離された卵菌を検討し、それぞれPythium rishiriense、P. alternatumとして新種記載した。
前者は造卵器同士が鎖生し、高温で生長し、生長が速かったのに対して、後者は造卵器が造精器と交互に鎖生し、生長が遅かった。
両種の記載により、日本産フハイカビ属菌の既知種は66種となった。
