Longistriata flava (Boletaceae, Basidiomycota) – a new monotypic sequestrate genus and species from Brazilian Atlantic Forest
ブラジルの大西洋岸森林の砂地で採集された菌を検討し、新属新種のLongistriata flavaとして記載した。
本種は外皮が鮮黄色、担子胞子が広楕円形で表面に縦方向の条線を有し、シスチジアが瓶形であり、菌糸にクランプを欠くことなどで特徴づけられた。
本種はnrLSU+TEF-1αに基づく分子系統解析で、Zangioideaeクレードにおいてイグチ科のシクエストレート菌の単型属、Mackintoshiaと姉妹群を形成した。
