インド、マディヤ・プラデーシュ州の2ヶ所の淡水生態系における水生菌類の多様性
Aquatic fungal diversity in two freshwater ecosystems of Madhya Pradesh, India
インド、マディヤプラデーシュ州の2ヶ所において水生菌の調査を実施し、34種の菌類と6種の卵菌類を記録した。
水没した葉、果実、小枝などから直接分離法、表面殺菌法、釣菌法などで分離を行った。
クラスター分析の結果、植物宿主によって群集構成が大幅に異なることが確かめられた。

Pythium recalcitrans sp. nov. revealed by multigene phylogenetic analysis
南アフリカにおいてブドウ、マジョルカ島においてテンサイの根からそれぞれ分離された卵菌の一種を検討し、Pythium recalcitransとして新種記載した。
ITSおよびITS+β-チューブリン+coxIIに基づく分子系統解析により系統的位置を確かめた。
本種は培養下で遊走子嚢を形成せず、形態的にほとんど同属他種と識別不能であったが、造精器および卵胞子の形成が誘導された。
