Phylogenetic Analysis of Pleurotus Tuber-Regium Across Selected African Regions
ナイジェリア、ガーナ、カメルーン、マダガスカル、南アフリカから得られたPleurotus tuber-regiumのITS配列36件を用いて分子系統解析を実施した。
93.6%の保存部位と99.5%のペアワイズ同一性が示され、アフリカ大陸内での遺伝的多様性は低く、単一の広域分布系統が示唆された。
西アフリカと中央アフリカの分離菌株が密接にクラスター化した一方、マダガスカルと南アフリカの分離菌株は早期分岐系統として出現し、軽度の地域分化の可能性が示された。
