イラクにおいて貯蔵されたコムギおよびその副産物に関連する菌類の新記録
New records of mycobiota associated with stored wheat and its by-products in Iraq
イラク南部の3県において貯蔵コムギから分離された32菌株を検討し、表現型および塩基配列を基に18種を同定した。
そのうちAlternaria consortialisなど9種をイラクにおいてコムギから初めて報告した。
Stagonosporopsis属菌のイラクからの報告は初となった。
